سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع  تكون فى خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء اذا شاب السلعة عيب بشرط وجود السلعة فى حالتها الأصلية ووجود أصل الفاتورة, تكون طريقة استرداد القيمة بنفس طريقة الدفع
